There is a shared attribute of both CSV and delimited files and web pages and GRML. Both organize data using columns and results. Databases use columns, but instead of calling the output a data set or result set, they are called records. Well, sometimes they are called a resultset, but mostly the term 'records' is used.

A GRML file or web page is a set of records, for practical purposes. There is no reason not to consider GRML as the output of a database query, stored procedure, or view. Instead of the output coming from a query engine, it is stored in a file or web page. Therefore, GRML files or web pages are considered a set of records, or recordset.
